These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Guardian") and NeuroWings Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (safeorbit.in) and our priority pre-booking reservation service for SafeOrbit child safety devices.

1. Pre-Booking & Reservation Nature

SafeOrbit is currently in its active pre-production and manufacturing tooling phase. By submitting an advance reservation, you are securing priority queue allocation for the Founder Batch, rather than making an immediate retail purchase. The ₹499 advance ("Token Advance") is 100% fully refundable at any time prior to shipment dispatch in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Token Advance secures your production slot. Final retail pricing, balance payment details, applicable GST taxes, and companion cellular connectivity options will be confirmed with each customer prior to physical dispatch.

2. Eligibility & Permitted Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place a reservation.
• Reservations are currently open to residential customers and verified educational/institutional buyers across India.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current contact details (name, email, 10-digit mobile number) so we can communicate reservation milestones and confirm dispatch addresses.

3. Payment Terms & Gateway Security

• All Token Advance payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
• NeuroWings Private Limited never collects, stores, or accesses your sensitive payment instruments (credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords).
• A reservation is valid and confirmed only once Razorpay successfully confirms the transaction and our system verifies payment invariants and issues a unique Reservation ID (format: SO-XXXXXX) on-screen and via email.

4. Reservation ID & Order Priority

Each confirmed reservation is assigned an immutable alphanumeric identifier (e.g. SO-K7M2QX). Please preserve this identifier; it serves as your official reference for order tracking, priority queue management, address updates, or cancellation requests.

5. Delivery & Dispatch Timeline

Estimated production, testing, and courier delivery schedules are detailed on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page. Dispatch for the Founder Batch is projected for Q1 2027 (January – March 2027). Reserved patrons will receive advance notification via email and SMS prior to dispatch to re-verify delivery addresses and settle remaining balances.

6. Cancellation & Refund Guarantee

Customers maintain the unconditional right to cancel their pending reservation and receive a 100% full refund of the Token Advance at any point prior to physical dispatch. Cancellation requests can be submitted by replying to your booking confirmation email or contacting contact@neurowings.co. Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand assets, software architecture, firmware design, UI mockups, logos, text copy, and graphics associated with SafeOrbit and NeuroWings are the intellectual property of NeuroWings Private Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially exploited without our express prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, NeuroWings Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our pre-booking portal. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a pre-booking shall strictly not exceed the total Token Advance amount actually paid by you.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the SafeOrbit service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
